Over the last two years, I have been researching how to develop, distribute, and test several of the top 12 tech in this report. Cloud based mobile tech, and BYOD for me make the most practical application for tech over the next several years. My reasoning has to do with the massive federal and state budget issues. After two years of budget, resource, and technology meeting across Texas, I am convinced that the individual instructors that can create their own resources will be much better off than the rest.

I am presenting on this at the North Texas Tech Forum in November.
